| Project Coordinator |

Job Purpose:
Accomplishes Home Support Depot project objectives by planning and evaluating project activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Explains the overall Mission and Services of HSD to the Service Provider and Consumer
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge of products and services and uses this knowledge to maximize sales and optimize the level of customer service provided.
- Develops, builds and maintains quality service relationship between service provider and consumer.
- Responsible for coordinating requested projects, obtaining quotes and creating contracts to begin projects.
- Coordinates and oversees project plan/s between the service provider and consumer identifying their wants and needs to accomplish a satisfied and quality finished project.
- Explains all aspects of contract and price of the service to the consumer, and answer any questions they may have.
- Responsible to assure all permits, bonds, and insurance policies are posted and filed accordingly.
- Submit final bill for payment and to assure that job/project completion has met needs of service provider and consumer.
- Develop consumer/service provider prospects and generates new service opportunities by targeting local businesses, home builders, neighborhoods, etc.
Preferred Background:
- A track record of success (at least $60k plus earnings per year) in selling to business.
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred. High school diploma required.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
- High levels of personal drive and determination required for driving sales and business development, and the willingness to put in the time and effort required to reap the rewards available.
- A positive, resilient and can-do approach.
- Strong, refined relationship-based selling skills, with demonstrated customer service orientation.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and be resourceful, including ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
- Ability to work independently, but also work as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize work within a multi-tasking and fast paced environment.
- Ability to learn new procedures, use a PC, process POS transactions, and be comfortable with new tools and technology.
- Ability to plan, execute and close any project typically relating to all areas of home improvement.
- Ability to work in direct contact with consumer/ service provider.
