Home SupportDepot.com Terms and Conditions
This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by Home Support Depot, Llc. ("Home Support Depot") and you as a user of the website ("You"), and You acknowledge and agree that the following terms and conditions, including the Privacy Policy posted on this website, shall govern your use of each and every page of this website and the provision of both free and subscription-only information to you by or through the website (the "Service"). Home Support Depot reserves the right to revise this Agreement and/or the contents of this website at any time for any reason without notice. You further acknowledge and agree that You will be bound by any such revisions to the Agreement. For this reason, Home Support Depot encourages You to periodically visit the website and review the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Home Support Depot reserves all rights afforded by the laws of the state of Ohio, and of the United States, and specifically reserves its rights, claims, and defenses for any omission from the contents of this notice to users of the Home Support Depot website.
Fees and Charges
Home Support Depot accepts payment for the Service by credit card only for semiannual and website services. You must provide Home Support Depot with current, valid credit card account information at the time that You first subscribe to the Service. Home Support Depot will then bill your credit card the total due for the current period, and then bill you at the expiration of each term thereafter on your renewal date (This is the date you established service on either semi annually or yearly for directory memberships and the 15th of each month for website memberships ). Cancellation of the Service during the Initial Period is non-refundable. Annual Directory memberships may be paid by check by mail. Membership is not valid until check is received.
Unless the Service is terminated by You or Home Support Depot as further provided in this Agreement, You agree to pay and authorize Home Support Depot to charge the credit card You provided in the amount of the then-current term of your subscription cost for the Service on the renewal date of every period following the Initial Period. All Term Accounts renew at the end of their 1-month, 6-month or 12-month term. Companies and individuals are eligible to receive promotions and specials one time only unless otherwise specified by a Home Support Depot operations officer.
Termination
After the Initial Term, You may terminate this Agreement at any time by calling Home Support Depot at 740-287-4222. Home Support Depot will provide an e-mail confirmation of your cancellation to the address You designated when subscribing to the Service. Home Support Depot does not accept cancellation by e-mail or any other means, regardless of whether such cancellation is actually received by Home Support Depot. Your cancellation will be effective on the first day following the expiration of your current term immediately preceding receipt of your notice of cancellation is provided herein. Home Support Depot will not issue prorated refunds. In the event that you fail to make any payment when due, a transaction on a credit card you provide is denied by the issuer, or You undertake any action or omission in breach or contravention of this Agreement, Home Support Depot may immediately and without notice terminate this Agreement with You.
Intellectual Property Ownership
All information and content contained on or in the Home Support Depot website, including but not limited to text, images, video, audio and data are owned by and proprietary to Home Support Depot, its vendors and/or licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark and trade secret laws. All rights not expressly granted by this Agreement are reserved solely to Home Support Depot, its vendors and/or licensors. Except as otherwise specifically stated in this Agreement, You may not duplicate, display, distribute, sell, resell, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, make derivative works, or other use the information or content of this website. Any unauthorized use by You may subject you to penalties or damages. Home Support Depot will enforce its intellectual property rights to the full extent of the law. Your subscription to the Service is for your own use, and any sharing of Your account information, login, passwords, or the information, content and data provided by the Service, with any other person, firm or entity is strictly prohibited. Home Support Depot reserves the right, and You hereby authorize Home Support Depot, to charge your credit card an additional monthly fee for every instance in which Your account information, login, passwords, or the information, content and data provided by the Service is used by someone other than You as a consequence of Your violation of this policy.
Use of HomeSupportDepot.com
A user may not use HomeSupportDepot.com for any purpose that is prohibited by any law or regulation, or to facilitate the violation of any law or regulation. You may not use the HomeSupportDepot.com web site or any of its content for competitive reasons nor may you resell or redistribute HomeSupportDepot.com content without prior express written consent of management at HomeSupportDepot.com. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Home Support Depot, its officers, directors, agents and employees against any asserted claims or suits made by any third party for any and all damages, losses, judgments or liabilities (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or relating to: (i) any actual or alleged breach of this Agreement by You (ii) any content, data or material that you submit, post or otherwise provide to Home Support Depot or on this website.
Unlawful Content and Behavior
You acknowledge and agree that you will not post or transmit to this website any pornographic, obscene, profane, defamatory, libelous, threatening, unlawful or other materials which could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law or regulation. Notwithstanding the fact that Home Support Depot or other parties may be involved in creating, producing or delivering this website, may monitor or review transmissions, postings, or discussions, Home Support Depot assumes no responsibility or liability which may arise from such content, including but not limited to claims for defamation, libel, slander, obscenity, pornography, profanity or misrepresentation.

If the information and materials in the website do not conform to the laws of the country where You access the website, the information is not meant for You. Home Support Depot makes no representation that the information and materials contained in this website are appropriate outside the United States. You agree that in the event that any dispute arises under this Agreement or your other use of this website or the Service, the laws of the State of Ohio shall apply without resort to its choice of law provisions or rules. You also agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Morrow County, Ohio and further agree that the states and federal courts located in Morrow County, Ohio shall be the exclusive venue for the resolution of any dispute between Home Support Depot and You.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement is the entire agreement and supersedes and cancels all previous written and oral agreements and communications relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
No Waivers
No failure to exercise, and no delay in exercising, on the part of either party, any privilege, any power or any rights hereunder will operate as a waiver thereof, nor will any single or partial exercise of any right or power hereunder preclude further exercise of any other right hereunder. No waivers or amendments shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Home Support Depot.
Severability
If any part of this Agreement shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, such judgment will not affect or nullify the remainder of this Agreement.
